Factory manager with more than 25 years of production and factory management experience. He has gained experience as a senior manager in the management of production units in both family and multinational corporate environments, in the automotive, furniture, chemical industries, but especially in the food and meat industries.
He has international experience in production and factory relocation and development projects.
It is important to him that solving every problem also means developing the organization and increasing its know-how.
He has a degree in economics and strong technical experience.
My approach
I believe that a value creation process always rests on two main pillars:
1. the precise definition of process steps, the continuous review of parameters and tolerances, the adequacy and maintenance of equipment, and the use of appropriate materials provide the basis,
2. the knowledge, motivations, and commitment of the people involved in the process determine what we can build on.
The first point can be meaningfully examined and improved with precise analytical thinking, and the second with respect and determination.
